Seeking to build out a creative shop in the greater Puget Sound Region, Dan Kostrzewski founded Voicebox West. He wanted to create a visual identity that represented the collective nature of the shop as a whole, vs. a one-man show.

“Launched in 2019, Voicebox West is a PNW-based creative strategy and brand storytelling shop focused on campaign, content and copy work in the outdoor, tourism and snowsports industries. Centrally located between the North Cascades and the Salish Sea in the thriving outdoor, active mecca of Bellingham, WA. We are a talented group of highly skilled and high energy creatives who infuse digital commerce with founding values, while drawing daily inspiration from the uplifting natural landscape we call home.”

Inspired by ancient navigation tools, the ‘True North’ compass mantra and the grit of the outdoor industry, we also wanted to create something clean and classic.
