Developed by Evolution projects, the newly renovated Snoqualmie Pass Firehouse will be home to Laconia Market & Cafe, The Passlife Workspace, evo Gear + Rental, and The Forest Service. There is a niche for remote working- especially in the mountains. As a co-working space for the adventure-minded, The Pass Life Workspace is an extension of lifestyle. Providing a well-built space designed for productivity, in the heart of recreation and community.

Historically, Snoqualmie Pass does not have a designated space for congregation other than bars and restaurants. This re-vamped space and meeting area will change the perception of how one can engage with The Pass. The vision for the Firehouse is to become a place for people to meet, work and play. With trails to activities year-round just outside the front door, this space promotes well-being and engagement with each other and is a place where all humans are welcome.
